DESCRIPTION:
The new University of Toronto Instruction Centre will include a 500 seat auditorium and a 300 seat auditorium. As well as; seminar rooms, computer labs, food service space, and a technology resource centre. The basement will house the mechanical room, and also a penthouse mechanical room. There will be in-floor heating system in the perimeter as well as in the atrium on each level. There will also be a Geothermal Heating/Cooling Loop.
This is a design build, LEED® Silver project.
