Sunnybrook Hospital Emergency Department and Satellite Imaging expansion is a 30,000 s.f. new building addition, and 21,000 s.f. interior renovation.

Interior renovation will include new boiler, chillers, cooling towers, diesel generator and switchgear upgrades.  Infrastructure Upgrades are the replacement and upgrades of underground sewer lines, and medical gas piping. Also, the Air handing units (AHU’s) upgrades (replacement and refurbishing of existing AHU’s throughout the campus).

All work has been performed under stringent Infectious Control Guidelines.
