The Southlake Cancer Centre project is $47-million, five-storey /90,000 sq foot facility was designed by Vermeulen/Hind Architects for owner Southlake Regional Health Centre. Vanbots Construction Corp are the general contractor, Consultants are Halcrow Yolles (structural); HH Angus & Associates Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and Geo A. Kelson Co. Ltd. are the mechanical contractor

The mechanical work for Southlake Cancer Centre includes the following;
1.       Plumbing and drainage work.
2.       Chilled water system, HVAC, Chillers, Air Handling Units, Split Units, Sky-mark Units and FCUs.
3.       DHW System, Heating water system, steam & condensate system, Radiant Panel System, Air Curtains and UHs
4.       Dust collector system & Exhaust system.
5.       Fire protection system, Sprinkler fire stand pipe systems complete with fire hose cabinets.
6.       Compressed dry air system.
7.       BHC Medical system.
8.       Reverse Osmosis system & Mar Cor purification system.
9.       Diesel fuel system for Generators.
