York Administrative Centre in Newmarket Ontario has a unique four leaf clover building shape. Geo. A. Kelson Company Limited had to specialize our mechanical systems to conform to the building structure. This office building has a centre core washrooms, air handing units, cafeteria, and a continuous double loop around building for the chilled water and heating systems.
