TD Corporate Real Estate’s new Creekside campus is a suburban development designed to act as a new corporate headquarters for this major Canadian financial institution.
New construction consisted of the construction of two- 150,000 square foot, 6-storey office buildings linked by an elaborately designed at-grade glass enclosed structure.
Phase Two of the Creekside Development consisted of Buildings 3 & 4. This phase involved the construction of two additional five storey, 150,000 square foot office buildings.
