AeroCentre V is an 8 story office building with 3 levels of above ground parking, and 5 floors of tenant totaling 250000 sq. ft of tenant space. It is the final and feature building of five in the Aerocentre Complex, a campus of corporate commercial office buildings, run by Menkes property management. Its first tenant, Pepsi Co., fit out the top floor for its new coprorate Toronto headquarters.
This LEED silver accredited building is a TMP designed mechanical system, including a raised floor air distribution system with compartment unit mechanical rooms and wall fin on each floor. All of our major equipment is in the massive penthouse mechanical room serving the entire building.
Kelson Highlights
The roof penthouse was constructed in the flight path of Pearson International Airport Runway 2; therefore the ceiling limit was dictated by the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA). In this regard, all hoisting for equipment deliveries required meticulous coordination with the GTAA.
